Registration and Enrollment
Upon arrival, trainees register and enroll in the system. Our friendly staff guide them through the process, ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed.
Classroom Instruction
Our instructors/ trainers deliver engaging classroom sessions, covering essential security topics such as: Introduction to security, Discipline, Hygiene, Guarding and protocol duties, Emergency response and crisis management, Communication skills and conflict resolution, Terrorism and others.
Practical Training
Trainees participate in hands-on training exercises, applying theoretical knowledge in real-world scenarios. This includes: Security drills and simulations, Equipment operation and handling, Patrol procedures and surveillance techniques and others.
Assessment and Evaluation
Trainees undergo regular assessments and evaluations to gauge their understanding and skills. This include: Practical demonstrations and scenarios, Performance evaluations and feedback through Base guard.
Certification and Pass-out
Upon completing the program, Trainees receive industry-recognized certification and pass out from the Training Wing. We proudly celebrate their achievements and welcome them to the security industry, and there after hand them over to the Operation’s office to start work.
